Services. The CIB provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk and
extends liquidity in markets around the world.
The CIB Digital Marketing team is seeking a talented Content Writer to
help ideate, draft and create compelling articles and both short and long-form
web copy across digital channels. This role will liaise with other content
strategists, video producers, editors and subject matter experts across our
business to develop strategic content plans and to expand the CIB s digital
presence both internally and externally.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for producing a
steady stream of high impact content on a broad range of issues, including
economic analysis, sustainability, technology and financial markets-related themes.
This position requires a high level of creativity and experience in using
data-driven insights to write material and editing copy for consistency of
brand tone and voice.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and committed to
meeting tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross functional
teams such as product marketing, communications, creative and the social media
with the CIB Marketing team and partner stakeholders to define a strategic
agenda of content topics that support the business goals and objectivesReduce
dense research reports and white papers into digital-friendly formatsWrite/edit
in a deadline-driven environmentUse
SEO best practices to generate organic traffic to jpmorgan.comAnalyze
and interpret content marketing metrics (i.e. time spent on page, unique
visitors) to optimize existing content or drive insights for future projects Partner
well across various teams including business stakeholders, Legal and Compliance,
Creative teams, etc.Pitch
and produce various content types including short and long-form articles and
related email, and social media posts with target audience in mindSee
projects through end-to-end from ideation to editing, testing through production

BA in journalism, communications or related field
preferred3-5 years of experience editing, proofreading and
feature article writing2+ years of experience writing for a B2B audienceFinancial writing experience a plusKnowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO,
email marketing and web analyticsDemonstrated ability to work with visual designers,
developers and videographersDeep understanding of tone and voice and how to adapt
