For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.Our TeamThe Digital Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director of CWM Digital Operations and drive leadership, oversight, prioritization, execution and quality control across strategic digital platforms, processes and initiatives in Wealth Management Client Operations.The role will primarily focus on driving and facilitating growth and change in our service centers as digital and self-directed investing becomes a more prominent component of our business. It will require an intimate understanding of the wealth management business, securities markets and industry regulations. This role will drive the definition, prioritization and execution of initiatives that support and optimize client service experiences based on the Digital Wealth Management strategic roadmap, the WM Client Operations business plan and the continued evolution of our You Invest platforms. This includes aligning deliverables against goals, establishing requirements, testing and validation in a user environment, and managing the delivery cycle across multiple business lines of JPMC. The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a cross-functional and often ambiguous environment, focus on outcomes rather than activity, be vigilant towards risk management and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead Knowledge Management Team of 4 professionals and drive knowledge transfer across the organization through maximizing the utilization of existing systems and available resourcesContinuously define and refine Knowledge Management needs for WMCO. Work with key stake holders to drive adoption of KM tools in WMCOLead improvements to current processes and functionality of existing Knowledge Management toolsPartner with strategy and technology teams to understand long term technical solutions for KM and how tools may need to change and grow with the businessAnalyzing the effectiveness of the new knowledge management programs by observing its usage and evaluate the impact in terms of the organizational benefitsAssess and manage content control processes to ensure content is in line with Policy and ProcedureOrganize and structure team of knowledge management professionals to best deliver on mandate of knowledge management team Qualifications:3-5 years developing and maintaining Knowledge Management content including writing, editing, publishing and building controlsIn-depth information of the KM platforms available in the firm and in the market place Exceptional communication skills; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Strong track record for delivering complex projects and programs of work that drives growth.Ability to transform ideas and implement appropriate solutions in the organization Strong analytical ability Leadership quality and ability to supervise and guide KM employees
