As an experienced Project and Program Manager,
you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have
far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders
throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the
big-picture namely, how can technology help achieve business goals
as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and
budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work
closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to
develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and
your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring
that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance
with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as
importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster
collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan
Chase & Co.Selected
individual will partner with the GIAM service/product teams, firm-wide
lines-of-business and the technology control team (ISM) to develop
modeling to assess effectiveness of controls to mitigate risks, develop
and deliver Key Risk Indicators to measure progressive changes in risk
mitigation and ensure that overall GIAM product strategy aligns with
threat landscape, control objectives, and efficiency goals.Senior
program manager responsible for partnering with business and technology
teams and control team in the definition, development and delivery of
the Identity and Access management risk framework, including risk and
control models, key risk and control performance indicators and control
assessments.Responsible for
the overall program management on the work effort, including plan
development, delivery and status reporting, RAID management and
communication with the GIAM Program and stakeholders. Accountable
for the completeness, fitness and communication of plans and for
ensuring key risks, dependencies, issues, questions and decisions are
raised, actioned and resolved. Responsible with the technology delivery owner and product owner to ensure full delivery of the workstream objectives. This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExpert
knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business,
as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplinesUnderstanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methodsExperience working with high-performing teams in complex program executionA strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operationsAbility to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firmDemonstrate
contributions to the development and execution of strategic technology
and process change initiatives in the context of broad corporate,
business and finance goals. Knowledge
of standards and controls and ability to work across business,
technology and control function to implement strategic solutions
requiredExperience in at least one of the following required: technology audit or risk management or TCO or risk metricsFamiliarity with Identity and Access Management preferred; familiarity with other areas of Technology Risk a plusAbility
