We have Sr. Specialist I opportunities in our
Collections group. Our Senior Specialists provide solutions that meet
the needs of our customers while preventing financial losses for the
firm. We focus on creating relationships where customers are receptive
to the wide array of solutions we have to offer. The ideal candidate is
customer obsessed, tenacious and eager to work on challenges that other
colleagues may not have been able to resolve. Our team handles a mixture
of inbound and outbound call and works in a dynamic environment where
assignments may change frequently.

Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
Work Schedule:

Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work
schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and
weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter. 2+ years strong collections experience strongly preferred Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction Strong negotiation ability with proven results Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate business needs High School Diploma or equivalent required
