The Digital & Platform Services Organization is responsible for understanding the current state client on-boarding process while employing design principles to address the identified pain points to be solved through the design of Strategic state. The Digital & Platform Services transformation team is responsible for the delivery of the Strategic End State Programs to improve the overall client on-boarding experience while reducing the time to market. The Digital & Platform Services transformation team is looking for a Senior Associate level candidate who will be part of a high performing, multi-faceted team. For this role, the ideal candidate must be curious and empathetic and use these qualities to help drive the creation and implementation of complex business solutions. This position requires someone who can take initiative and function successfully in a collaborative environment. As a strong and inquisitive critical thinker, the candidate will need to deliver business solutions by having an ability to explore the true needs and issues of a client. This individual will support engagements from proposal through execution, leveraging expertise to establish both internal & external client relationships while demonstrating ownership and accountability. Responsibilities:Partnering with senior stakeholders to support the delivery of the following data capabilities for a prioritized book of product-aligned work across the below three key aspects: Process improvement Understanding current state landscape including the process & systems involved in the on-boarding process while identifying opportunities for improvementsSolution Design Working with internal & external clients through the research, design and experience process, participating in collaborative planning sessions, and creating detailed and polished presentationsStrategy Management Championing the vision and strategy for the Digital & Platform Services group while communicating that vision across the global team and cross line of business stakeholders. Process improvementPartnering with the teams involved in the client on-boarding process (Operations, Credit, Legal) to understand the nuances of the various processes Honing in on both internal & external client pain points and process bottlenecksIdentifying opportunities to improve the existing process through automation, workflow adjustments, and technology enhancements Solution DesignWorking with internal & external clients through the research, design and experience process, participating in collaborative planning sessions, and creating overview presentations Creating visually compelling presentations and documents to obtain stakeholder buy-in and provide regular updates on the progress of the programDriving thought leadership, design thinking & experience strategy across all projects Managing projects, defining project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business stake holders Strategy Management Communicating the vision and roadmap to the wider group, and key stakeholders, in a clear and consistent mannerDeveloping, and continually updating, the strategic roadmap and ensuring its adoption across the organizationSupporting the establishment and review of key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantitative plans with clear objectives and tangible deliverables Ensuring the strategy planning process highlights existing business issues, making certain these issues are thoughtfully addressed by the target stateParticipating in working groups with the day-to-day planning teams and developing a clear roadmap that will realize the business s visionWorking with the business s clients in order to understand real business issues and developing a strategy for the business s direction from the gathered insights Additional Responsibilities:Becoming an on-boarding subject matter expert and be able to face off with a variety of stakeholders in the on-boarding spaceMonitoring progress against project plans until completion and deliveryProviding regular status updates to senior management by developing high quality presentations and materials Escalating issues to the appropriate level of management diligently Requirements:A bachelor s degree or equivalent is required3-5 years experience in a management consulting practice in the banking/ financial industryHighly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining resultsExcellent verbal & written communication skills; able to present effectivelyAbility to lead and influence without having positional authority in order to progress initiativesStrong analytical / critical thinking and problem solving skills; able to develop and clearly present drawn conclusions & potential solutionsProficiency with PowerPoint; able to create high quality, polished decks for presentation to senior stakeholdersStrong project management skills inclusive of experience running large meetings with demonstrated success at achieving results and keeping meetings on track Ability to communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including synthesizing key messages for senior managementAbility to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing prioritiesCapability to work both independently with strong follow through and adapt to team environment Aptitude to think outside the box and balance strategic objectives with the need to identify interim tactical choices in order to sustain progress
