The team advises business leaders on people strategies and partners across Human Resources and the firm to implement solutions that strengthen employee engagement, growth, impact and productivity. The team has the unique opportunity to support multiple Operating Committee members, senior leaders and their global organizations (e.g., Enterprise Technology, Office of the CFO, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, Human Resources). As part of the Corporate Learning & Development team, the Organizational Development ED will align to a senior business clients in Technology and support the end to end Development agenda therein. In partnership with other development leads and the Center of Excellence resources, the ED will work with business leaders in their aligned client groups to strategize, implement and execute organizational development solutions aimed at talent management, performance development, diversity and inclusion, change management, career development, and team/leader effectiveness. Responsibilities may also include management of select organizational development initiatives/projects and processes (e.g., talent reviews, setting and tracking diversity goals).The individual will bring organizational development expertise as well as consulting, facilitation, project management and analytical skills to drive strategies and initiatives in support of organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Guide Technology clients through the development life cycle from strategy to execution including Talent Management, Performance Development, Employee Surveys, Diversity and Inclusion efforts etc.Talent Management: support clients through the process and support follow-up action planning for talent and succession planning including the identification of high potential employees, ensuring a lens on the diversity of our talent.Advise on performance development approach and promote ongoing feedback, development and career discussions across client groups. Support year end processes including regulatory requirements as part of annual review cycle.Influence to make progress on the diversity agenda and setting/achieving goals in partnership with the business, key stakeholders such as Diversity Councils, and Corporate Diversity team including use of metrics, nominations for programs and awards, influencing at the top of the house and potentially working on client-specific initiatives and programs.Employee Engagement: Partner with our Organizational Effectiveness team to conduct needs analysis to identify gaps at the individual, team and organizational levels (e.g., through interviews, focus groups, data collection and analysis) and to guide clients through the Employee Opinion Survey. Build action plans that address employee engagement feedback, advise on implementation and assess progress.Manage clients-specific or ad-hoc development projects and processes, leveraging best practices to address business needs, for example:Ensure an end-to-end people agenda for aligned client groups through partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Advisors, Leadership Edge (Management Development) team, and other Corporate Learning organizationsDeliver innovative organizational development solutions for employees, managers/leaders, and teams by partnering across the firm (functions, lines of business, regions) to drive best practices, consistency, and measurement of impactManage organizational development-type projects including the identification and timely execution of deliverables, communications strategy and implementation planPartner with other Technology groups such as Advancing You to deliver against a robust talent development strategy.Development Lead is also assigned to a Corporate and Firm-wide function stripe within the team where the work is client agnostic and focused on driving consistent, best in class solutions across the team s remit for example on Performance Development, Data and Analytics, Talent and Diversity. Required Skills Minimum of 7 years of Organizational Development or HR Business Partner experience in a fast paced corporate environment; financial services industry experience a plusExperience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environmentRole modelling and matrix management of team members within the Center of Excellence.Qualifications in select psychometric tools a plus e.g. Hogan, MBTI, Firo B, DiSC.Experience with client offsite facilitation and team building at senior levels (C suite)Ability to partner across a large, global firm (e.g., across LOBs, regions, functions, levels)Proficient data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to identify themes/trendsAbility to summarize large amounts of data into a compelling story and tailor message to audienceExperienced, ideally qualified, executive coach.Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peersComfort with matrix management structureAbility to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting prioritiesB.A. degree in related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience considered
