The Senior Product Manager, Chase Mobile Checkout, will be focused on defining the vision of the product that aligns to current and future near term market demands to deliver a robust roadmap. Our goals is to provide small business owners the ability to accept payments seamlessly in the channel of their choice. Once we have delivered on this roadmap, the revamped product will be our go to product for small business ownersThis individual will have a true passion for the client and bring a blend of technical background, business analysis and tactical execution skills. Finally, the ideal candidate is a highly-organized and self-motivated leader who designs customer-obsessed products, manages a product release plan, flexibly adapts to internal & market forces, and looks to deliver what others only think of.Responsibilities:Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify customer needs and develop strategyDevelop and own the product vision & roadmapDefine and track metrics that inform the success of your product initiatives.Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to bring innovative products to the marketDevelop expertise in small business owner payment accepting needs.Build offerings that make it easy for customers to leverage their payment processing capabilities via the channel of their choice mobile, desktop and terminalEvaluate and integrate with third-party vendors in order to meet our customer s needsDrive the proper client journeys Master s or Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field requiredAptitude to learn, solve challenging problems and a passion to deliver great user experiences 5+ years product management experience, preferable building SaaS products for businesses, with strong track record of success3+ years in payments industryExperience and understanding of modern technology stacksExperience creating wireframes to communicate concept and product ideasAn obsession with customer research, product fidelity and user experienceStrong executive presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of managementStrong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teamsAbility to productively work in a matrix management organizationPositive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a mustTrue passion for making the frictionless product and being obsessed with the client experienceSelf-motivated team player who collaborates to deliver solutions that are beneficial to all constituents when possible * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
