As an experienced Infrastructure Support professional, your relentless dedication to innovation will have a positive ripple effect on both innovation and the people who make it. You ll put your experience to work across the board, leading an incredibly talented team in areas like Change Management, Incident and Problem Management. You ll be responsible for management communication and client relationship management. You ll use your critical thinking skills to establish the team s functional goals and set priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You ll oversee areas like incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, Risk and Controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs and data and requirements. You ll coach, manage and mentor people, both in-house and in working collaboration with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network. The Global Technology Portfolio Management Office is responsible for oversight and governance of the most critical investments (the portfolio ) within J.P. Morgan Global Technology which includes defining Firm-Wide Standards and Best Practices, monitoring adoption, adherence to control standards and improving predictability of program delivery of the portfolio through proactive identification and timely reporting of thematic risks, issues and delivery roadblocks. Responsibilities:Lead the design, mobilization and running of the Reporting, Analytics and Insight functionEnsuring that consistent and accurate data forms the basis of insightful reporting and market intelligence Overseeing Analytics and Insights services, data quality enhancement, governance forum reporting (portfolio level) and adhoc reporting.Creating a governance calendar to coordinate the timely collection of portfolio data Engage with the Tools team to provide requirements and ensure that current tools are fit for purpose Define and run the control standards and roles/ responsibilities to maintain ongoing portfolio risk and issue management processesIdentify thematic threats to delivery of components of the GT Significant Program PortfolioUse information about our current estate to drive decisions on future stateCreation of fit for purpose aggregate reporting which drives transparency and decision making within key governance forums, which takes data from an agreed single sourceOverall coordination of a single reporting calendar and timings for all portfolio reporting (when do extracts get taken)Provide appropriate reporting on portfolio status into Global Technology to meet their information and portfolio needs which includes the consolidation of achievements that tie back to the GT Vision strategic objectivesProvide input to the following executive reportsWeekly Flash Reporting, Monthly Program Delivery for EMR/MBR, Monthly Strategic Initiatives (aka Jamie deck), Monthly Audit Committee, Monthly OCC Program Delivery Reporting, Quarterly OCC Digital Reporting, Quarterly R&R Reporting Key Skills/ExperienceBS/BA degree or equivalent experienceProven experience with complex IT program and/or project management Proven strategic capabilities and demonstrable critical thinking across business/technology vision, solutions, strategy, roadmaps and portfolio delivery.Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologiesExpertise in service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and interdependencies Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management experienceAdvanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are metAbility to set and drive the business' strategic direction to deliver technology that meets internal and external needsKnowledge of financial control and budget managementProven ability in senior stakeholder management and reporting, to provide transparency in program status and ensure issues, risks and change are escalated effectively for resolution Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholdersHigh Level proficiency in Project Mgmt., Agile Products and artifacts (Jira, Clarity, Burndown charts, Velocity, Sprints etc. ) GTI (Global Technology Infrastructure)Our Global Technology Infrastructure group is a team of innovators who love technology as much as you do.
