The GWS Team Lead position is a direct report to a GWS Manager of Global Workforce Screening Administration. Under limited supervision, this role will be responsible for leading a team in its day-to-day functions and support of the Global Workforce Screening team. The team s responsibility is to determine access and/or work eligibility through rescreening efforts for current employees and contingent workers to ensure compliance with certain U.S. and regional laws and JPMC policies. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, business management, change management and project management skills, with a consistent focus on delivering quality results. Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations of the GWS support (team size 3-4)Understand, manage and execute on JPMC standards, policies and guidelines related to the screening of candidates, contingent workers and existing employeesMaintain documentation as it relates to process; adhere to formal change management Participate in various working groups and act as a representative for screening processManage daily communication with key stakeholders as well as internal/external partnersIdentify process improvements and implement process changesProcess screening transactions in a back-up capacity1+ year work experience in a criminal justice, fraud investigations, operations or similar type environment Intermediate to advanced technical skills MS Excel & Power Point (e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) requiredProven ability to quickly master complete understanding of processes and procedures Ability to identify risk and escalate issues to managementAbility to manage workloads and prioritize tasks with minimal oversightStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to partner across multiple teams and stakeholdersAbility to handle multiple projects & partner across several lines of businessMust be able to maintain a high degree of confidentialityTo be considered for this role, you may be required to complete a video interview powered by HireVue.
