The Governance, Reporting,
and Business Management team provides key program governance, reporting, and
technology product management functionality across Office of Policies and
Standards, 2nd Line of Defense Governance Documents, and Regulatory
Change Management groups. This includes oversight
of key initiatives across the teams as well as identification and
implementation of strategic opportunities related to the group s overall
activities. Furthermore, the team provides centralized utility function for
senior management reporting and development of dashboards and automated
The Office of
Policies and Standards (OPS) in Risk
Management & Compliance is critical
in advancing the firm s policy and standards agenda. The
OPS is responsible for establishing and overseeing firmwide
policy and standards governance and developing firmwide technology to support
the policy and standards
management process, including maintaining a single repository for
policies (the Firmwide Policy Portal).
The Risk Management and Compliance Governance
Documents Group manages the
policy and standards lifecycle for Risk Management and Compliance policies and
standards to promote adherence to the firm s governance framework and
templates. It provides active and direct leadership in development, drafting,
review, socialization and approval of Compliance policies and standards.The Risk Management and Compliance Regulatory
Change Management Group establishes governance and oversight to enable timely
monitoring, intake, and assessment of regulatory changes as it relates to Risk
Management and Compliance. Regulatory Management also participates in the
Firmwide Office of Legal Obligations Program and Legal and Regulatory Change
Management process for Risk Management and Compliance.Position Description
The Reporting and Analytics
manager for the team will manage the end to end reporting, developing key
metrics such as key risk indicators, key performance indicators, and other
operating metrics. Reporting of the established metrics, and continuous
enhancement and automation to the reporting process. The position will require the candidate to
work closely with technology team and product manager within the same team to
develop key reports and metrics within the technology applications. Candidate will also have the opportunity to
manage projects that involve integration of group specific metrics and reporting
to the overall department dashboard currently being developed.
