Commercial Banking
(CB) offers clients the convenience and vast banking network of Chase, combined
with the thought leadership and global financial capabilities of J.P. Morgan.
We deliver extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and dedicated service
to more than 24,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial
institutions and not-for-profit organizations with annual revenue generally

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced knowledge of MarTech Platforms, data and
infrastructure architecture disciplines.Understanding of architecture and design across all
systems. Programming/Software
Development - Contributes to the design, development, testing
and documentation of complex programs from agreed specifications, and
subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools. Assesses own work and
leads reviews of colleagues' work, as well as mentors less experienced
colleagues as required. Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams
and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.Proficiency in all aspects of Marketo architecture
& Development:Integrating Marketo with Salesforce and/or other
industry CRM integration platformsIntegration & testing frameworks DevOps automation Manage
integration with other systems (IDAnywhere, DWH) in the environment.Ensure the marketing teams are leveraging the latest delivery
methodologies, tools, and best practices. Identify areas for process improvement
and establish effective and efficient processes. Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders in
terms of platform updates and governance.Provide coaching to marketing teams in order to help them
advance their marketing platforms and technical skills.Provide estimates for development relating to
new/existing project requests.Partner with stakeholders in the business.Produce technical documentation.Capture lessons learned and collaborate with teams across the
organization in order to bring feedback and thought leadership to improving
digital marketing.
Qualifications:
A combination of expertise in key areas including
technology delivery, business partnership, and cross team co-ordination is
critical to the candidate s success. Bachelor s Degree with a minimum 7 years
of professional application development.
5+ years of experience in marketing technology and/or
marketing operation.Experience
developing applications related to marketing/client experience is preferred.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in
marketing automation.Good understanding of various MarTech platforms (e.g.,
Marketo, Marketo integration with Salesforce CRM, Digital Marketing/Sales
Enablement platforms) from execution of programs, to systems design, database
management and administration perspectives.Defining best practices and educating internal partners on
those best practices for the use of the systems.Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) software
development practices and methodologies is required, with knowledge of JIRA and
Confluence preferred.Financial services background preferred.Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
with shifting priorities and tight deadlines is required.
