The Transformation Office is a centralized team focused on reshaping the end-to-end Wholesale Credit experience, while driving consistency, speed and efficiency across risk management processes. The team is segmented in two focus areas: run the bank (restructuring current processes and policies) and change the bank (implementing strategic processes utilizing new data and machine learning solutions) The Transformation Office team is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high-talent individuals with a singular focus of delivering innovative solutions. The position will work extensively across Wholesale Credit Risk and Technology in CB, CIB and AWM to ensure the design and implementation of enhancements to processes, policies and data/analytics RequirementsThe Wholesale Credit Risk Program Analyst/Project Lead will partner with Wholesale Credit Risk colleagues and members of the Corporate and CIB Internal Communications teams to provide strategic and tactical project management and communications support related to the Wholesale Credit Risk Transformation agenda Responsibilities include:Developing and executing strategic program engagement and communications plans.Researching and drafting a variety of communications, including program updates, announcements, articles for the intranet, etc.Developing and executing individual, business and program communications plans.Preparing presentations and talking points for internal events.Developing and managing local intranet presence, including publishing content and overseeing look and feel and navigation.Working closely with Training partners to ensure a consistent experience for employees across the Credit Risk spectrum.Managing multiple large and small scale strategic Transformation projects.Tracking progress of deliveries and providing senior management with regular updates.Managing project lead calls and escalating issues to management in a timely manner.Key Skills:Excellent communication skills; must present well and be articulateKnowledge of Credit Risk a plusOutstanding writer, proof reader and copy editor with experience writing in the financial sector (private, government or regulatory)Experience working in an intranet environmentExperience working with and developing relationships with professionals at all levels in a corporate environment and across all businessesPossess a true passion for process innovation, business consulting and leading-edge technologyStrong attention to detailHighly organizedGreat team player with high degree of flexibilitySelf-starter/ proactive/ willingly does what is required to deliver a superior productExcellent project management skills, with ability to manage several different types of projects simultaneouslyFluency in English language communications required
