JPMorgan Chase s Alumni Network is the
firm s official, firm-wide, global alumni program that aims to connect former
employees with each other and with JPMC, through an online networking website,
robust editorial content, and global events offerings. We are seeking a Marketin
Systems Analyst who understands our data landscape, manage end-to-end systems
and process and recommends solutions based on insights and analytics to build
program strategy for the Alumni Network. A successful candidate will
demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, superior communication skills,
excellent critical thinking and problem solving capabilities, strong attention
to detail and a passion for flawless delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Alumni
Network global database; manage user onboarding, assist in tech support and
user troubleshooting (includes monitoring Alumni Network s email inbox)Manage the Alumni
Network s CRM (Salesforce) platform; data input and maintenanceLead process
implementation for data flow and information systems strategy, identify
opportunities for integration with existing databases (internal + external)Action reports and
data analysis (both planned and ad-hoc requests) to inform deliverables;
including events planning, marketing campaigns and stakeholder updatesCollaborate on data
visualization and program update reports, including presentation organization
and designHelp with content
management for the Alumni Network website s editorial deliverables, including
uploading assets to website and newsletter layoutsPartner with the
Marketing Data and Analytics team to understand program-related data, interpret
and assess trends for strategic recommendationsAdhere to policies and
regulations regarding data collection and input, stay up to date on changing
procedures and regional data laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree
(Computer Science/MIS/Marketing Analytics preferred)2+ years professional experienceExcellent attention to detail
Above average
knowledge in Excel / SQL / Business Intelligence toolsExcellent
communication (verbal, written) skillsTrack record of
working as, or alongside, a data manager Ability to communicate
both technical and non-technical insights Technical &
business understanding of complex data driven solutions, ideally in a marketing
/ CRM contextInitial experience
with customer data and developing business rules for data quality validation,
master data management (MDM), etc.Preferred Skillsets
Salesforce or equivalent CRM experienceTableau or equivalent
