The Firm s Corporate
Treasury function and the Chief Investment Office (together referred to as
Treasury/CIO ) manage the Firm s balance sheet. This includes activities
such as:
the Firm s excess liquidityManaging
the Firm s funding and liabilitiesManaging
the Firm s structural interest rate and foreign exchange risk Managing
the Firm s liquidity risk and its regulatory compliance
CTC Risk manages the risk of the retained portfolio
generated from the Chief Investment Office, Global Treasury, and other
Corporate businesses (Firm-wide Pension Plan, Insurance programs, and Mortgage
Servicing Rights). The CTC Chief Risk Officer (CRO) reports to the Firm-wide
CRO and is responsible for the end to end risk framework within the CTC LOBs;
including, but not limited to, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk,
Reputation Risk, Country Risk, Principal Risk, and Model Risk.

CTC Risk Executive Director
The CTC Risk team seeks to hire a seasoned risk professional to
join its Risk Management function. The position will involve leading a
team that oversees the interest rate risk management and capital market risk
activities of the CCB business. Additionally, the role will also act as the lead
for the governance and monitoring of Firmwide mortgage risk portfolio.

a team of 4-5 people Participate
in the assessment, governance and control of the Market Risk for the businessPerform deep-dives on
topics to support independent risk analysis for e.g. mortgage prepayment
risksParticipate in review
of transactions related to HFI capital market activities Enhance and maintain
governance over interest rate risk assumptions, provide independent challenge
of changes to assumptions and risk identificationsParticipate as a risk
stakeholder in various projects with the Front Office, Finance, Valuation
Control Group, Model Review Group, Policy, Technology and Product controlActively contribute to
and participate in LOB ALCOs (where applicable), LOB risk affirmation meetings
and Risk Committees presentationsAs the Firmwide
mortgage risk lead, partner with other risk teams on developing best practices
and consistencies with models and risk methodologiesPerform and
participate in deep-dives on Firmwide mortgage topics to support risk analysis Bachelor s
degree in Finance/Math based discipline; 5-7 year s mortgage experience or
market risk equivalent a plusLeadership
skills and prior management experienceStrong
analytical & quantitative skills with a focus on risk management and
of fixed income valuation and risk modeling Existing
knowledge of financial markets and experience with Mortgage products Excellent
written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to
communicate with a wide variety of functional groupsDemonstrated
effectiveness working independently and in multi-disciplinary teamsOrganized and able to
execute responsibilities with minimal supervision Working
knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
