Description

JP Morgan s industry-leading commercial card
offering includes Purchasing Card, Single-Use Accounts (SUA), One Card and
Corporate Card (T&E). Commercial Cards provide payment solutions to
businesses (Public and Private Sector) and other institutions for commercial
expenditures, including business supplies, maintenance, repair, operational
expenses and travel.
The
focus for this role is to launch new Single-Use Account solutions into the
market, drive their adoption, and expansion until generally available. This
includes responsibility for product readiness across functions and stakeholders
as well as product deployment to clients in partnership with Product
Development and Management, Sales, Relationship Management, Risk / Controls, Finance,
Business Analysis, Client Onboarding, Service & Operations and External
Vendors.
Responsibilities include:

Lead the Single-Use Accounts product
readiness with stakeholders leveraging Commercial Card deployment processes
ensuring functions are ready to support new products, features, and partners.

Define,
measure, and achieve launch success criteria throughout the deployment stages
from pilot to controlled availability and ultimately achieve general
availability on an accelerated basis.

Support client facing teams during
early adoption phases, gather feedback and identify opportunities, and
influence teams to incorporate to expand adoption and solution availability.

Continuously improve market readiness,
delivery, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships.

5+ years of product or commercial card experience
Strong organization and execution capabilities,
including leading initiatives and cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence
internal and external partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
including the ability to effectively organize and communicate complex
information
Self-motivated
with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred or
equivalent experience
Knowledge
of product deployment or marketing is a strong plus
