As a Collateral Release Document Processing Specialist,
your responsibilities would include:
Conduct extensive system
research and draft collateral releases for WLS.
Review and understand JPMC
approval requirements for releasing collateral.
Perform reconciliations of
collateral items against loan systems and research outages.
Researches and responds to
internal inquiries for prompt customer resolution.
Key and update collateral
information on the applicable collateral system.
Understand and adhere to Bank
policies and procedures.
Adhere to compliance and
regulatory requirements.
Meet and exceed established
Service Level Agreements.
Exercising judgment, discretion
and prioritization.
Participate in projects and
working groups as requiredOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
3-4 years of prior loan
operations experience in a banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of loan
documentation required; paralegal certificate a plus.
Detail Oriented- Understands
the importance of details and seeks to understand their impacts; takes
methodical approach to tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications.
Commercial Loan systems
knowledge including, but not limited to, ACBS, Loan IQ, VLS, RLOTS, and
Apstar.
Ability to work independently
and in a group setting to ensure team s objectives are met.
