Firmwide Regulatory Learning The Firmwide Regulatory Learning team is responsible for management and execution of the Regulatory and Compliance training and awareness strategy in support of JPMorgan Chase s global Compliance and Regulatory agenda. The Regulatory Learning team works closely with the business and subject matter experts to identify, design and deliver appropriate learning solutions to JPMorgan Chase stakeholders and workforce members globally across the firm. CB & CF Regulatory Learning The Commercial Bank (CB) and Corporate Functions (CF) Regulatory Learning team is a part of the Firmwide Regulatory Learning team within the HR Learning & Talent Solutions organization. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of effective Regulatory and Compliance training and awareness solutions globally for the CB line of business and related support functions as well as the Corporate Function areas themselves (i.e., Audit, Legal, etc.). This role will be based in Newark, DE and will report to the Regulatory Learning Lead for the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), Commercial Bank (CB) and Corporate Functions. Key Responsibilities Work in conjunction with the Global CB & CF Regulatory Learning Manager and the Regulatory Learning Design and Development Team, providing proactive consultative services to deliver the most effective and engaging learning solutions for CB & CF stakeholdersParticipate in cross function/LOB global learning projects partnering effectively with Learning Centers of Excellence (COEs) and SMEs.Identify learning solution impact through data measurement and evaluationWork with Compliance and the business/function to identify appropriate personnel for required training
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of Regulatory/Compliance
and training related experienceExperience working with global SMEs,
audiences/learners and remote teamsExcellent relationship management
skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
and to clearly articulate key messages and strategies Experience in the CB line of business and Corporate Functions preferredExcellent interpersonal and
communication skills (written and oral) Creative and strategic thinker with a strong control mindsetStrong project management and
organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent judgement and decision
making skillsPC competence, especially MS
applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Familiarity with the JPMorgan
Learning Management System a plus
