ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Manager role will be experienced both as an individual contributor and leaderSupport all products in Control Management which focuses on control breaks and resolution, risks and controls identification/assessment and reportingDevelop meaningful metrics to measure results and provide meaningful feedback to Business and Operations teamsEngaged in all internal and external audits to ensure a satisfactory ratingContribute to the strategy and execution of Process Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement of workflows to support Global Trade Finance OperationsResponsible to drive the Innovation across the organization to identify and support process automation and improvementDevelop strategies and set priorities that enable successful execution to help deliver best-in-class standardDrive tactical and strategic execution of key initiatives, on point for multiple projects taking appropriate action to ensure timely and effective program oversightChange agent with strong credibility and influence at all levels within the organization, strong ability to influence and interact with Executive level managementDrive culture of Innovation through visible hands-on leadershipPlan and execute projects, with urgency, and ensure alignment with business strategyAbility to influence senior stakeholders, decision makers and colleagues to ensure organizational goals are metResponsible for partnering with key stakeholders in order to understand the strategy, direction and roadmap objectives for the businessResponsible for management, support, career development, mobility for our peopleQualificationsBachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or other business related course of study10+ year proven track record at executive level with Trade FinanceStrong understanding of SBLC billing across bilateral and syndicated LC sExcellent knowledge of working in Trade loans and in processing the loan breaksExcellent product knowledge of supply chain finance and receivables finance along with the account treatment for different workflowsDemonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and lead a team to understand business goals and analyses opportunitiesDemonstrated strong collaborative problem-solving skills evidenced by results in past positionsStrong Trade technical background, with an ability to redesign work flow and efficient throughput within Trade Finance operationsStrong communicator with ability to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization, from front-line associates to executives through written as well as verbal communicationDemonstrated Change Management experienceProven ability to meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment while managing activities of more senior people within work streamsProven ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyWilling to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelinesProficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Skills
