JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a Sr. Project Manager (PM) position in our Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Supervisory group. The AWM Supervisory team is responsible for the supervision of investment sales activities in Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Securities and JPMorgan Private Bank.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to own different work streams of various ongoing AWM projects. The position will require development of multiple project timelines and be able to orchestrate the delivery and execution of those timelines amongst multiple groups. This will require collaboration with various functional areas across AWM. The projects could span: process/operational improvements, product enhancements, technology changes, control enhancements, etc. This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved. The PM is also responsible for ensuring application development activities comply with firm policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State regulations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with various wealth management teams, including Field, Product, Risk, Control, Compliance, and Legal in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, and ensuring projects meet the approved business requirements
Establish strong working relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, peers, subject matter experts, and others
Partner closely with Technology (and other dependent resources) in communicating the business needs, system release prioritization, and tracking/monitoring progress throughout the project life cycle
Clearly define project objectives, the project team, success metrics, and plan project deliverables and oversee execution of the overall plan
Operate as the voice of the project, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels
Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups, and track key project deliverables
Escalate issues timely
Develop and contribute concise communication materials for senior management
Work collaboratively with team members across departments and staff areas
Writing and performing test scripts
Ensure change management processes are followed in accordance with firm guidelines
Creating and maintaining audit and decision logs
Other responsibilities as necessary6+ years of prior experience in securities or investment industry
Strong knowledge of retail investment products including advisory accounts, mutual funds, annuities, equities and fixed income
Working knowledge of investment industry regulations and regulatory bodies (FINRA, SEC, OCC)
Project management experience is required; strong understanding of collecting business requirements and moving projects forward
Should have experience leading project teams through full project lifecycle from ideation to project implementation including process design, technology development, testing and business readiness. Agile and Jira experience a plus.
Experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity
Business and technology consulting experience preferred
Outstanding ability to synthesize insights and communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint
In-depth analytical skills
Experience writing basic queries in multiple databases (SQL, Oracle, Teradata) a plus
Experience using MIS reporting tools and creating end-user reports (QlikView, QlikSense, SSRS, Tableau) a plus
FINRA Series 7 preferred
