Bell-Textron, Inc. is Seekinga Field Service Representative to support the MV-22 Program at MCASNew River, Jacksonville, NC.

The Field Service Representative willprovidesupport in the operation and maintenance of all systems of the militaryproduct, to include avionics, electrical, airframe, drive systems, enginecontrols, hydraulics, flight controls, and fuel systems. This position requiresexperience and technical expertise on military aircraft products operation,maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidate will assist in delivering V-22Training in both formal classroom and OJT/PJT formats under the MaintenanceTraining Qualification Integration Program (MTQIP). Candidate will also assist theOn-Site Quick Response Teams (OSQRT) LTD efforts by performing trouble shootingtechniques for all systems of the V-22 platform. A successful candidate must becapable of utilizing technical expertise and sound maintenance management practicesto assist the Marine Corps customer in achieving and sustaining a high level ofproficiency in the operation and maintenance of the MV-22 aircraft.


  • Candidatewill provide on-site company representation and technical support to military customersand initiates corrective actions.

  • Candidatewill utilize technical expertise and product knowledge to assist the customerto achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation andmaintenance of the MV-22 aircraft by providing on-the-job and to include classroommaintenance training and providing logistics and technical assistance tomaintainers.

  • Candidatewill be required to assist NAVAIR and Bell/Boeing service engineers with investigationsand developing and implementing corrective actions.

  • Applicantwill be required to develop excellent relationships across multipleorganizations and with all levels of military customer and company personnel toensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.

  • It iscritical that this candidate will thoroughly comprehend the process of howproblems and solutions are reported when systems/components fail on aircraft.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications: Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management or related field and extensivemaintenance or logistical experience with military and/or commercial fixed orrotary wing aircraft; or two years of college and additional extensive logisticalexperience working with military and/or commercial helicopters is preferred.
  • Extensive military or industrytraining and experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • PositionRequirements

  • Extensive hands on V-22 supportexperience within the Marines, Air Force, Navy, or Bell/Boeing organizations.
  • Excellent knowledge of V-22aircraft systems and naval aircraft maintenance procedures are required.
  • Extensive maintenance experiencewith military and/or commercial rotorcraft systems and FAA A&P certification;or bachelors degree in a related field with maintenance experience withmilitary and/or commercial rotorcraft systems.
  • Personal computer proficiency withword processing, spreadsheet and database applications is required.
  • Excellent oral and writing skillsare required. Required to obtain and hold a Secret level security clearance.
  • Experience using TARS, as well asgovernment systems/databases are essential.
